Sometimes you need to step-away from the 7-day production cycle in order to renew your mind and focus on what’s most important. We choose unique venues that remove distractions so that you can focus on relationships and focusing in an intensive way on learning and growing your leadership capacity.

Prepare for the Hot Seat
Get ready for the most valued activity during the trip. During the intensive retreat, you’ll have a chance to sit in the Hot Seat during our round-robin mastermind sessions. Here you’ll present your biggest opportunity, obstacle, or decision and then sit back and soak in the rapid-fire feedback, brainstorming, and wisdom from those that understand your POV and have experienced similar circumstances with their own teams.

Collaboration happens best when you work with people you know and trust. Each retreat is intentionally planned to host some unique and entertaining activities so that you find common ground, share moments of laughter and good ol’ plain fun together. In the past we’ve kayaked to see a million bats at dusk, learned to fly hawk and falcons over the cliff over the Pacific, visited historic studios for an exclusive recording session, and handled live crocs from the swamps. And we can almost guarantee post-midnight talks around the fire pit every night.
